Interview process was long, they take time to check all of your previous employment and educational background and references. Phone screening was first step. I don't think they use employment agencies, all jobs are listed on their website. Interview itself was fine, everyone was nice and asked appropriate questions. The only thing was the decision making process took a long time but it was worth the wait as this is a great place to work.
