I applied online with an onlune posting board. I then received two phone interviews before a one on one. I was then sent a packet to fill out for drug and background screening. After filling out all requested information, I returned the packet and then received an offer. I sent back a counter offer and was hired. All in all, it was easy but very drawn out.
