applied on the crown's official site,it took about month to get responce, First, i got phone call from HR from OHio branch.HR was willing to setup the interview.we had long conversation about company and my technical background.

we had long conversation about company and my technical background.he was quite interested to arrange the interview,but at the end of the phone call he asked about my immigration status,even if i was in good standing. i got rejection after the phone call.
