Crown was by far the best interview process I have gone through. For a large company, I felt as though an active interest was placed for me, and that there was room to make mistakes (due to interview nerves!) without apprehension. The process was straight-forward and well-communicated, avoiding any usual waiting around. The team that interviewed me were friendly yet professional and asked questions that felt structured to see if I would be a genuinely good fit for the role rather than to 'catch me out'. I would highly recommend applying to Crown if you are interested in a role as the process is designed to make you feel confident and supported.

Quick and easy. The on boarding process was straight forward. They are nice people in the beginning but once you get to know them then it may open your eyes on how the company is doing.

Applied online and received an email to have an interview. Interviewed by 2 people at the plant. Very casual setting. No hard or unusual questions- mainly about if I had worked on a team and what I knew or wanted to know about the company. After the interview, I got to tour the plant, but business attire isn't exactly what you wear in a plant, so I had to borrow shoes and glasses.
