The interview took place online via Teams and was very simple and straightforward. The panel consisted of 2 managers.
Was asked a 'warm-up' question about why I'm interested in the position, which they said wouldn't be graded, then 3 questions based on the competencies being assessed (delivering at pace, managing a quality service, collaborating & partnering), and they told me the order the questions would be in at the start of the interview.
They were happy to talk about the role and different progression paths.

Competency based interview, will be asked to describe a situation to show 3 or 4 competencies. Best to use the STAR format, I took in notes which was not viewed negatively.

The interview process was competency-based. Competency was assessed in three different areas Collaborating & Partnering, Leading & Communicating and Managing a Quality Service. You need to give real-life examples from work, education or other activities to support these.
