Very unprofessional recruiter. Emails were very short of information. Instead agreeing a date/time by email in written English, I was just scheduled by a calendar appointment, and it turns out sometimes it makes mistakes with time conversion due to different time zones and there is no way to know the right scheduled time. I reported this, but was ignored, and next time it happened again. Apparently, there was any kind of problem with Skype. Despite I confirmed my user and checked my device were properly working getting calls from friends, I was stood up twice in two different scheduled appointments with no further explanation, even though I provided my phone number as an alternative.

The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screen followed by a technical phone interview focused on data structures and problem-solving in Python. The onsite loop included 4 rounds: one coding round (medium LeetCode-style problem), one system design round focused on building a scalable ML data processing pipeline, one backend/API design round, and one behavioral round. Interviewers emphasized real-world problem solving, tradeoffs, and communication. Overall, the process was structured and aligned with large-scale distributed systems and ML infrastructure.
