The Interview process was very fast from my first contact with the recruiter. Despite a large number of interviews (I spoke to 11 people).
I felt like I got a great feel for the different team members. The recruiter was very transparent and forthcoming with information and encouragement.
The team I work in currently includes lots of the engineers I interviewed with and it helped a lot that I had met many of them.
It only took a month and a half for first contact, onsite, offer letter, negotiation, visa proceedings to start, despite the winter break being in the middle of proceedings.
I highly recommend the team, and the company. I was very comfortable and excited throughout the interview process, which was tough technically.

After the initial recruiter call, I got an interview with the manager. As it turns out, their job descriptions aren't to be trusted... My background matched the job description pretty well overall including the "What you must have" section. But the "Bonus Points" section that they listed (certain coding experience) was actually essential to the job! Not even the recruiter seemed to know that. I believe many companies will give applicants one try at a job application and then block them from re-applying for some time. And job descriptions that can't clearly say what is really needed ruin your chances quite literally. It also eliminates excitement for the company...

What was the hardest coding problem you have ever worked on?
Series of interviews, recruiter screening and a technical interview. Overall process was a bit slow but communicative. This was surprising because i was told it was urgent need. Technical questions were not very well thought out.
