I had an initial phone screen with HR, then I was given a take home technical problem/proposal to work on and return within a few days. Once that proposal was given the green light, I was invited for the the third and final in person interview round at their SF office. On that day, I had a series of interviews scheduled for, but half way through the day, the recruiter awkwardly came to tell me that the interview was ending early and that they were not taking me out to lunch. I was told to go home.
