I applied online and heard back right away which was very promising. I had applied in the past and never heard back. The recruiter was apologetic about the lack of previous out reach. I liked the response time and the professional approach the recruiter took with email communication. Unfortunately, that was the end of my positive experience with Crunchyroll's interview process. After my recruiter interview, I wrote 2 follow up emails requesting feedback/next steps and didn't hear back. It's such a shame because I was really interested in working for this company, but obviously this wasn't mutual.
