First you will be asked to fill a questionnaire with 2 parts 1st part your name age... etc 2nd part questions strength & weakness points, what do you know about customer service how did you deal with a problem you had .... etc, not technical...
then you go for the interview ... talk about your self and then you will have a typing test that is all
