Phone interview - Recruiter contacted me immediately after submitting an application. We emailed and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was more about what the company was all about and what the position entailed - not really about my background. Recruiter was very pleasant. At the end, she was to contact me again for a second phone interview. The second phone interview never happened. After a few attempts via e-mail, I was told that they put the position on hold due to her busy schedule and I would be contacted at a later date for another phone interview. I still have not heard from her and it's been a few months.
