in first Interview there is a written exam of 5 parts ( IQ , OOP , SQL , Programming Skills , UML ) after the exam there an interview with HR Just asking about me and what i did before
second interview was a face to face technical interview discussing the exam and your answer
they work with pascal and Delphi
