Receive email for phone interview. Wasn't expecting a phone interview that will be recorded. Asked many job related senario questions and a role play of receiving call for support. Then after phone interview, HR request to do a personality test and submit results to HR. HR will then submit both recorded interview and test results to their Panel group. If Panel group is ok then.. you will get the first interview with the panel. In the end didn't get shortlisted. Like what in the world.... A simple job which already I have years of experience through a long process. It is not love matching you want perfect match of human traits, horoscope? Some people are bad in interviews but they can do the job very well. And.. it is not for senior or management, director position you don't need to access the candidate until like that. Your salary range also is just 2k+ not like applying for 4-5k job.
