The process involved: - a conversation with the hiring manager - a take-home coding test - a code review and discussion round - a systems design round I received incorrect and contradictory information from the recruiter throughout the process. After completing all the rounds, I was told by the recruiter an offer would be imminent and he even began negotiating the salary with me. After that call, I didn't hear from him until the next week where I was told they were going with someone else.
