After my online application I participated in a quick phone interview. I was asked several questions about my customer service experience. A week later I was interviewed by a district manager in a Cubesmart facility. I was given a tour and presented an overview of the company and the job duties of a store manager, Cubesmart's entry level position. It was a relaxed, low pressure interview that lasted at least 30 minutes. The manager went over Cubesmart's strong commitment to customer service.

Easy process, bring your resume and be prepared to answer the standard questions. How would you deal with a difficult customer? Have a scenario ready. Also, have a few questions to ask them. i.e. What are challenges store managers face?
