When I applied I thought I was applying for an actual Managerial position. Come to find out Store Manager at CubeSmart was the entry level position. That was very deflating, it was like I was being lied too.

Easy process, bring your resume and be prepared to answer the standard questions. How would you deal with a difficult customer? Have a scenario ready. Also, have a few questions to ask them. i.e. What are challenges store managers face?

Super Easy and laid back interview with a DM. Arrived on time, Basically told about the building, etc. The Dm was nice enough, the manager in the building was nice. I got the feeling they just wanted the position filled with whoever applied.

The interview process was quick and easy. Took place on a zoom call with the district manager, not a group interview. The questions asked were not too difficult and pretty straight forward.
