Met with 5 different people at the company including the COO. I think the COO is the biggest obstacle there. He was despondent, had zero personality and just straight out condescending. It's a 'start' up , they work out of 'WeWork' and what seems to have a staff that skews on the younger side ( i.e. no senior leadership). Competitors like SpotRight will be a big challenge to them in this space.
