Phone interview was scheduled for me after about 3 or 4 weeks. This phone interview was pretty short, just a summary of the position and the interviewer asked if I would fit in that position. The interviewer also reassured that the in=person that was set up right after would pretty much just focus on C programming, since it's an entry-level position.
