Initial Introduction
Division of interviewees to 2 groups
1 general easy "fun" group exercise
2nd exercise required the teams to come up with a solution to a basic transport issue and have it presented.
Break with snacks and a visit to the labs which was interesting .
Finally a panel interview with 2 systems engineers that was 10-20 minutes long based on your resume
