I was contacted by recruiter for an open position as Java developer. I had technical interview for about an hour. After few days, the recruiter contacted me saying that they are willing to continue with me and that the next interview will be on site, and they will give me some light exercise. I went there at 11am, they gave me pretty hard exercise, i stayed till 3pm, then I needed to show them what have I done so far and explain why I did it, which took another hour, meanwhile, while explaining, one of the guys that was in the room said I just remembered I have another meeting(which is a way of saying we are not hiring you), gave me a handshake and left the room. After that I stayed for another hour with the other guy where he was explaining the way of work and the policies of the company and some basic questions about my self. After that I left, and after few weeks been ghosted, the recruiter called me to tell me that I was rejected. All in all, to long process, don`t have anything against on site interview, but it lasted almost one shift, which is completely waste of time.

Initially I got call from HR. He scheduled L1 interview in zoom.Interviewer asked questions in Java ,hibernate and spring and given task programatical task.I had written code in notepad, after 4 days I got call for L2 interview in L2 also he given program and asked some questions in Java, hibernate and spring. Finally at the same day i got call from HR for HR discussion after that he asked documents(salary revision,pay slips and bank statements) I submitted and salary discussion also done. At last what happened to them I don't know upto know I did not receive offer letter.Finally they wasted their time and my time also,Totally 4 weeks of time wasted.Finnaly worst hr panel if they don't have requirment what is need of conducting a interview.
