A few days later, I received a call from the hiring manager to have a brief phone interview to review high-level information about the job, benefits, etc., to see if I was still interested and wanted to proceed with the application.

Unprofessional interview process. Multiple interviews not call to inform that the job went to someone else. Just not respectful of others time. When I called to check I was told she would call back as she was in a meeting. I understand people are still learning but follow through.
