It was a 2 step process, first it was a short phone call of 20 minutes to know if you are a good fit for the role and ask you in detail about certain role you have on your resume. At the end they tell you that they will schedule an interview with the VP. The interview with the VP is online. Mine lasted 30 minutes, where the first 15 minutes where questions about my background and the last 15 minutes it was free time for me to ask questions about the company and role.
