You have to rough in a wall including a 3 way switch and take a test to see how much you know, about material and how to use them the right way.
Very good. It really tests your skills and knowledge. The interview process feels very smooth and will thought out. The test your math skills, electrical knowledge, safety knowledge, and ability to climb a ladder.

This interview was very long and for nothing offered a very low pay of 15-16 an hr because evidently no matter what I did this is the pay rate for electricians crossing the 1 year mark didn’t even try to beat my current employer
