My first interview was not that great- as there were no details asked about the work that I do or how do I go about any project etc.. I gave my feedback to the recruiter.. Later, after about 2- 3 weeks, my interview was set up with the Dept Head who was the decision maker.. The interview with him was great.. and more of knowledge sharing. He also gave me prospects about the organization, culture and growth opportunities. I was very impressed and decided to take up the opportunity.
