Cummins posted for a Marketing or Supply chain MBA internship role on university job portal. The interviewer was an alumni. He shortlisted the candidates for further rounds. Four people from my university were shor-listed for the interview and I learnt that we will put in a pool of candidates for next rounds of interview. We are expected to hear back from them by sometime in January. Focus was on getting the right kind of people and the interviewer was pretty good. The interview consisted of only behavioural questions.
