Went through phone interview. Some questions are competency based, but more on technical questions overall. Interviewer will try to ask for more clarification based on your answer. No formal introduction on who you are.

Submitted an online application after being contacted by a college recruiter. After a couple weeks I was contacted for a behavioral screening interview, then after passing this I was contacted for a technical interview with a hiring manager.

They asked questions that reflect your personal attributes. So just answer them honestly and you should do fine in the interview. Don't be afraid to talk about your prior experiences and just tell a story.

Phone interview with project engineer. Conversation began with interviewer telling me a bit about their work. Followed by a series of 6 questions that were meant to see how you would respond to certain situations.
