The interview was great, but I simply did not see myself fitting in with the culture of Cummins, or the location. The company offers great pay and benefits, but the corporate technology solutions world just didn't seem like a good fit for me. In the interview process, there is a first round interview that is behavioral based, and then further rounds can vary in structure.
