There were 2 interviews. One was behavioral, the other was functional. The functional interview was done 1 week after the behavioral. The functional interview was based on slightly more technical questions than that of the behavioral. The behavioral interview was about how you handle situations and the kind of person that you are. The functional interview was more about your technical experience. I was asked some questions based on what i had on my resume

Great process - Found very supportive and structured and the HR was up to date with me at every step. Loved how supportive they were throughout. There was only three steps for me which was the screening process, the online interviews and a tour around the complex.

They want to understand if you'll be a good fit for their organization - both behavioral questions, as well as, technical questions pertaining to your job role will be asked. Also, importance will be given to your previous experience - everything you mention on your resume.
