Applied on their website, and I was contacted by 3rd party company within 3 days. I responded to a series of questions with the 3rd party company, then was contacted for an interview with HR. Following the prescreening interview, I had a phone interview scheduled with the hiring manager. Following this interview I was brought onsite and interviewed with a total of 4 people (4 different one hour long interviews). Process was very smooth, and each person was very professional, respectful, and seemed very genuine.
