I interviewed when I was an intern so it was a long time ago. Providing this feedback is a bit difficult due to this. I would say that what I remember the interview process was fairly complete and a good process. I did not have any negative reaction to this overall process.

The interview went great. It was a panel interview with the hiring manager and two project managers. There were behavioral and role-specific questions . Answers had to follow the STAR method.

More intense than expected, was very detailed and process driven, focused on situational scenarios more than behavioural assessments. Couple of interviews with the hiring manager and director and then a final interview with another director.
