It was more behavioral and about project experience where I had to describe the experience of my leadership and teamwork. They didn't ask me anything about the systems or something like that—more about my experience and problem-solving skills. I feel the the main thing is to have confidence in what a person is saying, which comes when that person has worked on something. It generates confidence and allows the person to describe with confidence.
