Colloquio
After initial application, I was invited to a phone call interview with normal behavioral style questions. After this, invited to an assessment center where you have to give a 5 min presentation followed by a 1 hour interview with 2 current engineers. Not a lot of focus on cv, mostly want to know your experience with people, solving conflicts or what you learned from an experience. Asked a couple technical questions on turbos.
