on campus career fair, interview at the 2nd day,30-45 mins with 2 recruiters. they both alumni from engineering side. the whole interview process is more formal than being interactive. difficulty is average, team questions and leadership questions

The interview process was not too difficult. I had one interview, over the phone. The interviewer asked some technical questions regarding how I would go about fixing the problem, he also asked some behavioral questions as well.

We all had pretty good experiences. The recruiter did a great job at helping me feel comfortable, really tried to get to know who I was and figure out whether i would like working for Cummins and in turn do a good job. Great experience overall.

Two phone interviews. They were very nice and friendly, asked me simple questions at first, mostly behavioral. It took about two months for them to get back to me. I got my offer in january but had my first interview in November at a career fair, then later I had another interview in December through the phone and another one about a week later. HR is very friendly.
