The interview process was in three phases. Initial was a phone interview with HR that lasted only around 30 minutes. After passing the initial interview, I was asked to go to their office to have a face to face interview with the Hiring managers which was a panel interview. After passing second phase, I had the final interview the the site HR manager.
The interviews that I experienced at Cummins were Panel Inverviews - They ask Behavioral based questions to see how you would react in certain situations. The interviews are not difficult you just have to be prepared to answer a variety of questions. Each interviewer asked 4 - 5 questions.

I had a phone screening with a manager and interviewed with multiple managers. They asked some typical questions about my background and experience, and moved to some more industry specific questions afterward. I received an offer within a week and started working there shortly after.

My first interview was a phone interview with the company's recruiter. Then I had a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. The recruiter set the interview up for the wrong time so the manager assume that I was late for the interview.
