Face-to-face with 2 recruiters on campus. They asked general behavioral based questions. 2 months later got an email and had a phone interview with supply chain director. More behavior based questions.

2 step process. One interview was behavioral other was technical. Everyone was very helpful and was very willing to explain and explore their careers. Also explained how you can move up in ranks within the company.

A phone interview was conducted after I received an invitation for an interview. I think the interview question is not hard, HR just want to know your personality and dose your value is matched with Cummins.
