Colloquio
As a current employee, I went through an internal job posting process - which is much different than the external process. We have an internal system that lists all open jobs. While reviewing the job postings, I stumbled across a position of interest because it matched my skill sets. I set up a meeting with the hiring manager to learn more about the specifics of the role and to ensure it was still of interest. The meeting validated my research, so I applied for the position. After applying, I then had three interviews: one with a group and two 1:1's.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
Solving problems requires more than good plans; it means taking action. Give me an example of a time when you were able to take meaningful action in solving a practical problem.
I was called five times for the interview and made 1 to 2 hours every time they called me. Which was really frustrating . At certain point of time I wanted to give up

Colloquio
It was interactive. The interviewers were very clear in their questions. Before the interview was scheduled, one of their team members called me to confirm when would be convenient for me, I was allowed to be flexible with the timing.

On-campus interviews - any HR student could attend. Behavioral-based interview w/ two interviewers. Never heard back from them after, even though they said we would hear either way. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
How do you handle being a higher level employee than people older than you? And how do you get their respect? (Not those exact words, but basically what they asked)
