Apply online; they send you a script via email; you call the number and record yourself reading the script on their answering machine. It supposedly takes 3 business days for them to contact you, I didn't hear anything for about 2-3 weeks. They'll email you if they like you.

applied online, got an email to do a recorded script read. got called for interview and did some computer testing. went through 2 interviews which also involved lots of roll playing and rebuttals.
