This is the company that was coordinating (?) my interview with Mphasis. (I'm going to leave a review for them too.) They asked me to please not wear a headset for the interview. I needed to use a headset in order to hear clearly and to be clearly understood. I wrote back to them explaining that I'll need to use a headset for the interview, which received no response. Immediately after starting the interview, I was asked to not use a headset. I said that I could not do that. The interview said that they could therefore not proceed with the interview and that they would see about rescheduling it. About 30 minutes later, I received an email simply saying that I had not been selected to go further in the interview process. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. No one should have to stand for such ridiculous, irrational rules when interviewing for a job. What's next, requiring me to wear a shirt of a certain color?
Interview has gone well as all of the questions were answered, but the status of the company is bogus. They are telling contradictory statements and rejecting candidates.
It's a fake organisation sending people emails with their sign in credentials and making accounts on their portal without consent. Moreover, its a very confusing email asking people to register for their interviews to win a 3-month Jio–Hotstar Premium subscription. Which is confusing as why would a recruiter offer people Jio-Hotstar subscription upon entering more details in their portal.
This all seems absolutely bogus and fake.
