The interview process was thorough and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly things went especially with everything being done remotely. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and nice!

There was reenactment where an interviewer was a disgruntled subject because she felt she was not being compensated enough -- how would you address the situation?
For this role, the interview process consisted of four steps: a quick video call to see if the role would be a good fit, a 30-minute video call with the Director of Clinical Operations, a 1 hour video call with two Lead Research Coordinators, and a reference check. Everyone was very cordial and willing to answer questions!
