Interview with 5 people the last one being the hiring manager. About 3 hour interview. Included lab tours. Everybody was nice and welcoming except an Indian guy who was trying to get tough on me. But overall it was a nice experience of an on-site interview. The job requirement was an undergraduate or Masters. I had a masters but I guess the staffing agencies has got some hands in there too.
