They do a quick phone interview, which just asks basic questions. Then the in-person interview goes over interviewee's previous experience, possible schedule, and then there's an easy math worksheet. Simple adding/subtracting, and calculating exchange rates.

It was great, one interview in the beginning with the general manager of the store, another one online with HR and you set up a zoom meeting. You hear back in a few days from them.
