We have employees who have been with us for over 4 years, though part-timers are always high turn over in retail, which we understand. We have, as the review above stated, at least 2-3 upper management interviews that touch on cultural fit, work ethic and background. We look for retail experience as a plus and references from past retail jobs. It's important for us to have a great team so we try and get to know as much about past positions as possible.
