Most unproductive processes I’ve ever encountered. No one being interviewed was expecting the confused combined group, panel, round robin with no skills based or experience questions asked looking for their Unicorn. No diversity at all and a Boys Club in the culture only interview. Slideshow on a mission and culture they talked but didn’t walk.
