I applied for a role here and completed an interview with the recruiter. Then went to the second round interviewing. I was told I would hear back within about a week, but I never received a follow-up, even after sending a polite check-in email. The interview itself was fairly standard and professional, but the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. Even a brief rejection email would have helped close the loop and shown more respect for candidates’ time. Improving follow-up and sticking to stated timelines would really improve the candidate experience here.

Virtual and then brought in for a tour of the facility. Weird setup as they alluded to the fact that they were hiring me the entire time of the tour before ghosted.
