I was interviewed a week after applying for a job.
The recruiter asked me questions, but never let me answer in full; instead, they told me their whole life and career story. Interesting approach, to say the least.
Said they will come back to me on the next steps in 3-5 working days. I chased via email next week, yet got a reply over a month later. Got rejected even though my past experience is like-for-like with their JD, including the same industry.
They have reposted this job at least 4 times in the past month.
Suspicious practices and unprofessional behaviour from their side, scared to think of what’s happening in the office.
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso CurrentBody (Manchester, Inghilterra)

Classic, three stages : call, video call with the manager, they give you a task and you pitch it in person or online a week later. They were very professional and the offices are WOW, far away from town but very nice.

They asked if I knew about their products and why I wanted to work there.
I interviewed in person at their HQ in Cheshire and found the panel warm, professional, and genuinely engaging. The process itself felt organised, although communication about the final decision came a few days later than promised (2 weeks).
What left me a little disappointed was what happened afterwards. I had travelled across the country at my own expense for the final interview and later tried to reach out when I noticed the same role had been reposted. Despite my continued interest and polite follow-ups, none of my attempts was met with basic acknowledgment. It felt slightly disheartening, especially after I’d invested effort and enthusiasm in the process.
Overall, it was a valuable experience with a great team, but I think candidates would really appreciate a touch more communication and closure after investing their time and effort to participate.
