The process was organized. I had a lovely interaction with every person throughout the 4-5 stages of the interview. It was refreshing that I did not have to jump through many hoops like written assignments or technical tests - CA is really about people having genuine conversations. I did not accept the offer given (due to covid i had to take up another offer due to $) but looking back I wish I had taken the offer and negotiated more!

The interview process took exactly one month from when I was first contacted to when I received my offer. I had one phone interview and then four subsequent Zoom interviews. I was constantly kept in the loop about the process and the next steps. Everyone I met with was genuinely interested in myself and my background as an educator.
