It was basically a tour and them begging me to take the job. Not one member of senior leadership ever even met with me. Only one interim contract staff member met with me to give me a tour. The previous manager before me had high tailed it out of there long before I arrived. I was asked to tell my job history and experience which I do not consider a question since it was clearly annotated on my resume.
