You are asked a series of standard interview questions (e.g. why do you want to work here, what is your availability, etc.) then are given the task to undertake a mock sales pitch of one of the products on the shop floor to another employee acting as a potential customer

The process took a week. I applied online on a Thursday and I had a call the next day at 12pm. We discussed about availability and if I have the right to work in the UK. Then the day of the interview was fixed. I got the interview on Wednesday of the next week. The manager was very friendly. In the beginning the interview was more of a conversation than an interview afterwards we proceeded to the competency based question which was pretty tough to be honest. I was said to stay tuned to receive my decision. The next day I received a call from the manager saying that I was successful.
