First round interview with people team. They asked about my experience and some competency questions. After that they send a case study that they give a week to do. IRS very open and they ask you to source your own data on a topic. The issue is that if you don’t have access to the right tools- it’s difficult to actually really get a full understanding of the data volumes on the topics. I do really think they expect you to spend at least 5 days on the case study which is wild. I wasn’t going to do that so did not progress to the next stage.

The second stage case activity is a take home project that takes you hours to do just for them to give generic feedback. Take home projects should be illegal. You are essentially working for free.
