      Colloquio

      Lovely interview, they allowed it to go ahead over Zoom and during my lunch break with my current role, and they asked questions about me as a person as well as my work experience. The only part that wasn’t great was that they said they would be in touch regardless of whether I’d gotten the role or not, and it’s been 3 months and I still haven’t heard back from them, despite seeing the job role being advertised again on Indeed.

      After submitting my application the HR team at Curve were really pro-active at Curve and were always on call for any questions on next steps or initial feedback throughout the process, this pro-active stance was really positive from my perspective as a candidate. I found this to be one of the quickest and most efficient interview processes I have been through and this was in keeping with the high paced environment the company operate in. I had various interviews with different team members, who were all really open about their roles and looking to find out how I might come in and benefit the team. The company were clear in what they were after and I certainly felt very confident throughout the process that Curve would be a great place to go and work, it's a no nonsense start up with a clear goal and a rapid growth plan. The questions varied between the different interviewers, and it was clear that each was focussing on assessing a specific skill related to their area. My advice would be to do your research prior to the call, but always be prepared for the curveball. All in all, the process was excellent throughout.

      The interview was cancelled 30 minutes beforehand because the role had been placed on hold. Leaving the cancellation until the last minute was extremely unprofessional and has damaged my image of this company.

      Thank you for the feedback. I have looked back at the ATS and am aware of the issues and how this arose. Whilst we are a fast paced business and the role was put on hold, I would again like to apologise for this experience and will work to ensure this does not happen again.
